"As you'll note from the sample map section and sample cards above, Mr. President is heading into the final stretch where final development, art, layout, and final proofing all come together. Mike, Rachel, and I are meeting each Friday to test, proof, and do final editing/checking. Mike and his test teams continue to play and proof the game on TableTop Simulator. There are a LOT of details in this game's cards and charts, so editing/proofing is a big job. At this point, the main layout on the game maps is complete, but we still have to do detailed proofing on the text. On the Crisis cards, Donal has layouts for cards 1-72 (there are 178 Crisis cards in the game), and we have finished first-pass proofing on those. So there's still a ways to go on the cards. Then we'll dig into counters and charts.

I want to especially thank Donal Hegarty, who is just terrific to work with on the game's art. Also huge thanks to David Spangler, whose creativity in putting together the chart books and how to play materials has been immensely helpful. And right now he's the one who is keeping track of all the corrections and edits Mike and I are making; his coordination of version control is making our jobs easier.

Our aim at this point is to have everything in final form by our Weekend at the Warehouse in April, then play the game all weekend there looking for any final errors we can catch. After that, assuming we only find minor issues to correct, we'll sign off on production copies, and it'll be off to the printer shortly thereafter. It won't be long now!"

Mi pregunta es ¿lo pillo o no? A ver si genero un poco de debate. Por supuesto, me gustaría hablar del tema pero luego haré lo que me dé la gana. O según me pille el momento, somos menos raccionales de lo que creemos.

La versión de PC/móviles está solamente en inglés pero va bastante bien y hasta que lleves unas cuantas partidas la IA te va a resultar un reto. Y para después tienes el juego contra otros humanos.

Yo lo tengo en tablero pero no tengo con quién jugar.
Sólo lo he hecho una vez y creo que aplicamos mal las reglas.
Así que compré la versión digital y juego solo contra la máquina.
Por cierto, que una vez visto la versión en digital, no sé si me atrevería a jugar en tablero y calcular todos los puntos a mano...

Podéis cerrarlo puesto que no se va a cobrar transporte en este momento...

Gamefound me ha reembolsado ya tanto los costes como el neopreno.
Mi agradecimiento a JGGarrido por las indicaciones sobre cómo hacerlo.

También me gustaría reseñar algo muy importante que ya he comentado en varias ocasiones: no vamos a ir con prisas con este juego... Nos vamos a asegurar de conseguir una edición en condiciones en todos los aspectos. Si ello supone que la versión en español esté lista unos meses después de la inglesa, tendrá que ser así.

No he recibido ninguna noticia al respecto desde este último mensaje que cito aquí.
¿Qué tiempos se manejan para tratar esta cuestión: diciembre, enero, febrero?

Here's a little update on the development of Mr. President. The team is working hard on getting Mr. President to the finish line. We are about to begin final art, hopefully we will be able to show a few photos in the near future. We plan to take a slightly different approach on teaching you how to play Mr. President, with the hopes of getting you playing in the shortest amount of time.

There will be a How to Play Book with the basic game mechanics. There also will be a Flip Book included, which is a detailed extended sequence of play. The goal is for you to be able to play Mr. President by using the Flip Book. The Flip Book will assist you by guiding you through each phase of the turn in a step by step detailed manner.
 
During October's Weekend at the Warehouse, I had a couple of play testers that wanted to give Mr. President a try. I gave them 10 minutes of game instructions, then I handed them the Play Book & Flip Book and walked away. They were able to play a full turn of Mr. President with only a few questions for me. The feedback from the play testers has been very encouraging. More details coming at a later date.
