Gate strength changed from 8 to 6
The Fire Ritual now costs 1 Goblin instead of 2 (the card was changed)
Poison works differently (now takes effect at the start of melee resolution, see rules)
Quartermaster works differently (extra unit move "from" rampart instead of "to" rampart, see rules)
Invader bonus Glory Points for breaching: 1 Glory Point for every Breached Wall Section in which 4 or more Advantage points could not be assigned to Defending Units
Also note: the first edition does not include Accurate Shot markers (to mark the Invader's flipped Phase 2 ability) or a Ruined Wall tile. It also contains 2 Possession markers instead of 1, and 1 Fire marker instead of 2 (this only affects the game with 2 invaders).
