WANTED: European Sales Associates for the following countries: Italy, Spain, Poland
Pegasus Spiele is looking for persons who are outgoing, dynamic and successful as well as creative and have the track record to prove it. The successful applicants will sell our games and distribution products, especially our in house developed publishing portfolio, to retailers on a European level with a clear focus on the italian, spanish and polish market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Presenting and selling products of Pegasus Spiele and our distribution partners
Managing a defined territory
Achieve a quota by expanding sales revenue and driving our market share
High level of activity which will include new sales calls and appointments at fairs
Prospecting new clients through cold and warm lead generation
Developing strong relationships with retailers on a European level
Spotting business opportunities
Up-selling and cross-selling our product lines where applicable
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years sales experience with a solid track record of sales
Trained as skilled sales person
Fearless with potential customer cold calling, prospecting and with closing sales
Thorough understanding of cost and pricing models
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Language skills: Italian, Spanish, Polish dependent on the market (native speaker or near native/fluent) and English (proficient speaker at good command / good working knowledge), German language skills welcome.
Optimistic attitude, team oriented and structured
Ambitious, competitive spirit, a strong work ethic and highly self-motivated
Excellent familiarity with Microsoft Office, ERP program knowledge is welcome
