A lo largo del juego deben hacer uso de sus poderes detectivescos para impedir que sus rivales consigan resolver un caso criminal y refutarle (o exonerarle) sus teor\u00edas acerca del delito antes de que ellos tengan oportunidad de hacer lo mismo con \u00e9l.
