Many of the ideas within came from this forum. There are 25 roles. On some I changed the name of the role but used the same text. On some I used the same role name but changed the text. And others I invented.

There are 18 tile layouts. 11 original, 6 from the forums, and 1 I invented.

There are 4 treasure cards. I changed the text a little on a couple. My idea for an additional variant is that these could also be used for some sort of 5th SUPER treasure. You have to have all 4 held by one player (still limit 5) to collect it and then try to get off the island before it sinks. They can be traded just like any other treasure card.

Finally, there are 7 "Traitor" cards. This is a variant I'm working on. Basically, after everyone picks a role, you then shuffle 1+ the number of players role cards together with the Traitor role. Everyone picks one but doesn't reveal. 1 of you may be a traitor! The traitor can reveal himself at any time. Basically, nobody knows who the traitor is, and you still have to work together if you plan on getting the treasure. Heck, even after he is revealed you may have to work together to get the treasure. Just like in movies, you still need him, and he needs you. Once the traitor is revealed, he can take his treasure cards from either the normal treasure deck OR the traitor deck. Once all the treasures are collected he has to collect 4 gun cards in order to steal the treasure (still limit of 5 in his hand) and then the "Escape Plane" to get away with it. He can start collecting guns even before the final treasure is collected. Meanwhile, the rest of the group is trying to escape as normal before he steals the treasure. The traitor also has dynamite at his disposal that sinks tiles in order to try to stifle the team. He can also force a player to discard all his cards if they are on the same tile. Still have some play testing to do... but should be interesting.
