i) te toman por idiota.

XD

Dear 1a-spiele-shop people,
I still cannot believe what I saw inside the package you sent me with the ordered games!!
- Game boxes already open without the plastic protection!!
- Game boxes within game boxes to save shipping costs!!
- Expansions already inside the main game boxes without further explanation!!

As a result of your "clever" idea to put games within games:
- rules and some paper sheets are cumpled

Moreover, there are some components one might think they were taken from the garbage ( I am talking about the plastic bag with the plastic tokens in High Frontier. It looks like someone has step on them a hundren times). By the way, who sends games without the plastic wrapping? Two of the three games were meant as presents and I do not know anyone who gives presents already open!!
An even worse, unless it has been sent as a separate package (that I do not have notice from), there is one of the games plus its expansion missing!! (High Frontier + Expansion).

I do not really know how you are going to solve this, but I hope you do it soon.
Looking forward to hearing from you a solution and a great explanation.
Sincerely,
-----------

Hello Jesus,

the High Frontier expansions are two not fixed components without any package, so we put them usally inside the High Frontier box, if somebody order this game with expasion.
We send many games on these way and since now, nobody has a problem with that.
All game components are unused and the cards are wrapped.
The Origins-boxes are big boxes without an inlay and only a few hard and some light game components, so the gamecomponets are sliding in the box, and the edges of board will be striked, the rules and papersheets crumpled. To inhibit that we have to open the box and put filling material inside.
So maybe the men who makes your package use the High Frontier to fill the Origins-box. And if there has been no other filling material in the box the comonents can still slide an making damages if they are transported reckless.
Also we have many games from small game producer and there are many of them unwrapped (if they are new), also most games of Sierra Madre.
So we see no problem of opening the box, the problem was it wasn't correct filled with filling material.
Usally, if something is put in the games, it will be notice handwriting at the invoice, from the packer.
All game components has been like new, if they leave us, for sure, because we don't send damaged games.
Contrary, the things we do, are for inhibiting damages.
So the tokens will be damage by the post office.
We have had many order this christmas time and so the men, who makes the packing for you, maybe makes faults being stressed.
This don't helps you, but we can't change it now, and we have to find a solution.
If you miss one game (there was no addional package), we have to send a new one to you (if you want wrapped, with the two expasions components outside).
Also we can send you replacement components for the damage components in your game. Sending all this will be without costs for you.
Alternatvely we can send you some money back.
We are sorry about the faults (which are fortunately very rare) and also sorry for my bad english.

I hope there is one solution you can accept.

Hello Henning,
thanks for your quick e-mail and your sound explanation.
However, in my opinion, you should never unwrap the games without the consent of the buyer!!
I believe the games have not been used but I cannot guarantee that you have decided to replace any of the component (according to any fancy purpose).
It is not your responsability to protect the content inside the boxes. It is the game producer who should do it. Thus, if the deficient packing ruins any of the components, the producer should take the resposability.
In the same way, I will not trust on game producers that do not wrap their products. If that is the case of Sierra Madre games, I will not buy games from them again.
Please, consider that unwraping games is a problem if those games are meant as a present. I will always want my new games wrapped (unless I asked to have them otherwise).
Moreover, putting games inside other games is a way of saving shipping cost which it can be fine with me (if I am told) as long as those savings are for the buyer and not for the seller. I did pay 19,50? for the shipping and you paid 16? as written on the package (which is the price you pay for one game according to your web page).
Last but not least, if you decide to put expansions inside the games you should state it on the invoice or somewhere (as you wrote) but nothing was said.

In any case the most important issues are the missing High Frotier + Expansion plus the crumpled instructions of Origins plus the smashed bag of plastic tokens of the High Frontier (I have not gone through all components carefully, especially the wooded blocks, but I guess they are fine). I can tell you that the tokens are not damaged by the post office unless they took them out from the box and step on them several times. I can understand that Xmas times is hard time for you, but that does not imply that the customers have to pay for it. In my case, your "mistake" is causing me some headaches and mainly "time" which unfortunately, I barely have.
I do accept your apologies but, please, do fix all the deficiencies asap (rules, plastic tokens and wrapped HF + expansion).

Best regards,
----------
CORREO 2 -RESPUESTA FINAL
Hello Jesus,

I should think it will be better you never buy game online, so you ever see what you get.
Also you should only by games by big game producer, then you ever have games only for the mainstream.

Small game procucers have to calculate there games very hard, and the have often comission there games by the designer itselfe.
So the designer have no wrappig machine.
So unwrapped the games make the games cheaper for the customer and save the environment for garbage.

It's completly nonsenens if you don't trust producers with unwrapped games.

The best games I knew and I have most fun by playing are unwrapped games.

If you mean it is nessasary to have wrapped games for presents, then wrappe them for your own.

Additinaly you write you don't trust me, because you writte: "I can tell you that the tokens are not damaged by the post office unless they took them out from the box and step on them several times."
The components have been in order when we send them.
I don't accept, if you don't belief this.
I can't say what hat been happens with the package on there way to you.
But maybe the post stacking several heavy packages on it.

Also two things:
1.) Shipping cost are not only the costs for the postage (then it be postage-costs). We have to buy packing material and somebody have to spend time to make the packing (both are not for free).
2.) We all are all human beeings and as those we make sometimes mistakes. If you do never mistakes, you are a superman! - So, if we do mistakes, we can excuse for them and bring them in order. Both are things we makes or offer you.

By several hundreds orders, we have only two registrated mistakes (you are unfortunately one of them). - So you can't say the customers have to pay for our stress.

So we have make you a good offer. Also we have been willing to replace the damge components witch are damage by transport and not by us.
Spending much time and money for you.

With a friendly way (and it's christmas time), we haven't to discuss so much and we haven't  spending so much time (and headaches) about stupid things.
We are willing to solve every poblem quick with no costs for the customers.

But you must make it to a big problem an abuse us.
I can't belief that you abuse us and making so much trouble after this very goot offer.

So we have no longer intresse to trade with you, also to find a solution which costs us much money and time.

We can't give you any garanty, that the replacement arrive you undamage, and if it will be, we only have much trouble with you (a customer who thinks every thing have to be perfect and nobody is allowed to make any mistake - never).

We think the best will be, you get the half of your money back and that's it.

And you don't must think you are the only one, who have barely time.

In the real world, while collaboration does occur among terrorist groups, their differences far outweigh their commonalities. Al Qaeda’s goals are not those of the Filipino group Abu Sayyaf. Not only is their daylight between Al Qaeda and Abu Sayyaf, but Abu Sayyaf isn’t the only Islamist, separatist group in the Philippines. As in many internal wars, multiple factions are fighting the regime, and sometimes each other. The agenda, methods, and base of the Moro National Liberation Front, one of these other groups, are not the same as Abu Sayyaf’s.
